There is nothing negative we could say about Danielle. We met her about a month ago to help with training our dog Rebel. We found her to be just amazing. She has helped with socialisaing and had a calming affect upon Rebel. If you are looking for a great trainer this lady is the real deal. What can I say about east coast dog training (Danielle) she has been an absolute blessing with not just training my puppy but also getting us to understand behaviours/ training in an amazing way. I can’t believe how much Danielle has managed to teach my puppy pearl in such a short time. Danielle is also brilliant at accommodating the times to your needs which not a lot of training places do! Can’t wait to use east coast dog training more in the future.

I’ve just completed the Gold training programme which is a course of 6 sessions with Danielle and I can’t recommend her enough! We worked on threshold training, wait, walking to heel and general distraction and started seeing results after the first session with my English bulldog. Wow, Danielle has been absolutely brilliant with my dog. Danielle gives off such a calming presence. My dog was very reactive to the door bell/knocking. Within a day Danielle had it sorted along with me continuing the training. On the 2nd training day Danielle concentrated on my dogs anxieties. She has shown me some great techniques to continue with and I can now leave the house for short periods of time without worry. Would highly recommend to anybody with dog problems. Amazing! Highly recommend Danielle for her patience with my stubborn two reactive large breed pups. She has done more positive reinforcement training in 5 weeks that ive been able to do in two years and has given me lots of tools to carry on their journey. Danielle is an absolute dog whisperer and has helped us so much with our dog Paddington. What an amazing, caring and attentive trainer Danielle is! We’ve just finished our XL Bully programme with my one year old Narla and we’ve achieved so much. No matter little or big the concerns were she focused on them all. Our biggest focus was muzzle training so Narla can go and enjoy her walks. Danielle covered crate training, threshold, stay, leave it, muzzle and loose lead walking. There’s still a bit to go with the loose lead work but Danielle has shown and told me exactly what to carry on doing to improve this and if i have any issues or questions then not to hesitate to contact. Cannot recommend Danielle enough, she is brilliant. Me and Narla will miss seeing her weekly.

Danielle is excellent from start to finish. I have a bulldog who’s is sometimes the most stubborn and i have a 5 month old Bullmastiff cross Great Dane cross xl bully. So very lively. Wow, Danielle turned up at our house and immediately connected with our beast! Very confident young lady, knows her stuff and satisfied us very quickly into knowing this was going to be worth it. The sessions were fun, with lots of treats needed so stock up. Danielle had our pup literally eating out of her hand, so thank you lady, his improvement over the 6 weeks is enormous and will have an impact on how he behaves in the future. It’s been almost 15 years since we last had a puppy. After losing our girls we couldn’t be without a dog and somehow ended up with 2 more!! A new breed to us which also was a Doberman-Sheperd mix, they had fright a become frightened and petrified of anything and everything. We tried so many methods and was close to giving the up. Then we found Danielle from East Coast Dog Training and she was a blessing. We learnt so many new skills and saw some incredible improvements in the first session. She is so calm, warm and approachable our whole family was able to interact and learn from her including the 5 year old. You need to put the work in outside of the sessions but the skills she has are designed individually for the dogs and your family. Danielle is simply a dog whisperer our 2 dogs loved her within 5 mins she is calm patient and kind videos after each session were fantastic and our fur babies have so benefited from there time with Danielle! Danielle is quite simply Amazing. From the outset she made clear it’s all about joint effort and ongoing process, No quick fixes but plenty of positive reinforcement and support.

Week on week we’ve noticed the difference and even when we’ve felt like we were having a blip, she’s only ever been a message away , always coming back with A confidence boost, encouragement and advice.

Danielle worked miracles with a Cockapoo puppy Bear. Our walks beforehand were filled with continuously pulling of the lead, reacting to every dog and no recall. During our first training session, Danielle recognised Bears needs and changed the pace of training to suit Bear best. Each week we taught Bear new training techniques and had the continued support of Danielle from session to session. I can happily say that Bear no longer pulls on the lead! His recall and reactivity are improving dramatically and he’s a totally different puppy. He can’t thank Danielle enough for her training and support with Bear, even if he was a cheeky monkey.

Danielle honestly has such a talent, she listens and takes on board everything in your situation. Within minutes of meeting Bruno he was asleep in her lap!

She came up with some creative ways to help with his reactivity with all the challenges we faced. Danielle was determined to find something that would get his attention and also beat his stubbornness, and changed anything and everything to meet his needs. I recently completed an eight-week dog training course with Danielle from East Coast Dog Training, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Our dog, Ellie, an eight-and-a-half-year-old Mastiff, had never left her property and had never met other dogs. She was very reactive. Danielle was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me various techniques, focusing a lot on dog psychology. At the end of the day, it was more about training me than training Ellie. Whoever said you can't teach an old dog new tricks was absolutely wrong! Ellie loves the mental stimulation and the excitement of getting the tasks right. Now, we can confidently walk past other dogs on the lead and stroll down the high street in Aubra, Suffolk. It’s been a real transformation and a joyous experience for both of us. Danielle was absolutely fantastic! We initially booked Danielle as we were having problems with our Romanian rescue Scooby, but upon our first training session we soon realised that our Labrador cross Milo was actually the issue and Scooby was just learning from him. Danielle’s sessions were informative and so positive, at the end of each session I felt confident in what my aim was for that week to practice with Milo and Scooby. Danielle would also check in regularly with us and still does due to the package we went for. With all training, you get back what you put in and I am pleased I put in all the effort I could in the 6 weeks we had. Danielle spent 2 sessions with me training my 18 month old Rottweiler Kizzy. Danielle gave good advice and lots of new ideas to move forward with Kizzy who responded very well. From the first meeting I knew Danielle was the right person to help me with my dog, Tilly. She comes to your house and discusses a way forward. She is very calm and is a pleasure to work with. I was at my wits end with a highly energetic and excitable Cocker Spaniel Puppy. He destroyed everything in his path, I was exhausted.
In desperation I contacted Danielle.
The first meeting was to assess my pup and also myself how I handle him, his reactions etc, and then a discussion on what I’m wanting to achieve. There are 3 “packages”, Gold, Silver, & Bronze that I chose from.
When I first met Danielle, she was calm and listened to everything I said, She was very sympathetic and caring, especially when I cracked at mentioning my previous dog who I had to let go two years ago. She is a lovely young lady, I can only say she’s gifted when it comes to training dogs! Within a minute she had my little whirlwind sitting, lying down and waiting. I was amazed. The lessons are backed up with videos of your training sessions which are sent to you with clear and concise written tasks for you to carry on the exercises.
I had three lessons, I’m happy to say I am now enjoying my boy and he’s doing as he’s told, this also makes him happy.

Wow! What an incredible dog trainer we met! Danielle took our crazy Collie and turned him into an absolute legend! Can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and help! If anyone needs a dog trainer..she is simply the best!!

I messaged Danielle after an awful evening where I was at my wits end with my year old beagle ruling the house, she responded so quickly and was able to come round the next day for an in depth consultation where she covered every detail possible about our Nellie, we went out for a walk for her to see the issues she needed to work on as well as being able to see them in the house too. We signed up for the 8 week reactivity course with Danielle where she tailored each week to Nellies progress. Nellie is an anxious dog but she fully bonded with Danielle and was so excited to see her each week.

Danielle helped us with desensitising Nellie to the muzzle, the cone after her surgery, obedience training, resource guarding, door reactivity, recall training, loose lead walking and puppy training for our younger pup Winnie. Danielle was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything and adjusted each session to suit the dogs each week, we now feel fully equipped to continue with both of their training. I can’t say enough good things about Danielle at East Coast Dog Training! I brought my three-month-old Cane Corso, Ari, to her for six sessions we mainly focused on obedience and recall, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Ari took to Danielle instantly—her calm, confident demeanor and expertise made a world of difference. It’s clear she has a true passion for working with dogs and knows exactly how to communicate with them effectively.

Throughout our sessions, Danielle was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She tailored each lesson to meet Ari’s needs, and I was amazed at how quickly Ari picked up on the commands and improved his recall. Amazing, would highly recommend!
We got in touch with Danielle for some assistance with our adolescent bloodhound Flash, who had no recall, struggled to engage with me outside of the house & struggled with a bit of anxiety when out and about as all he wants to do is say hello to everyone.

From the start Danielle was amazing, during our consultation I knew I made the right choice by contacting her just from looking at her calm and confident approach.

All the session were always so well structured. Danielle would show me what I should do with flash and then watched me and flash do the same thing, she would adjust the session to suit mine and flashes needs and always give us plenty of alternatives to try! Even raising any of my concerns with flash’s behaviour or if I shared any incidents that happened during the week - Danielle would listen and give me suggestions to try and to be fair - they did always work!

Danielle would always follow up with plenty of narrative after the sessions as well as videos for us to refer back to which have been very handy!
We couldn’t thank Danielle enough for everything she’s done for us, Flash has come on leaps and bounds with her help and bloodhounds are not the easiest of breeds yet she managed to completely win him over!

Danielle is bloody amazing - we were on the verge of feeling the need to rehome our puppy as she just was not settling in to our busy family home. However, East Coast Dog Training swept in to save the day: weekly lessons on basic control up to advanced activities to help build the bond that was missing. I can't recommend her enough.

We adopted two rescue dogs , Sally and Douglas. Once comfortable these two as much as we loved them , became reactive on walks to other dogs, cats even motorbikes! Danielle was an absolute game changer for them both , apart from our dogs loving her when she turned up . We cannot recommend Danielle highly enough. Think of it as owner training as well as dog training! Danielle fully understood what both we needed and our lovely but very enthusiastic one year old labrador.

Walks with Humble were verging on a disaster as he pulled and had no real recall. Danielle came to the rescue and immediately helped to turn walks into a calm and pleasurable experience for everyone. The tailored training was really clear and the videos helpful in looking back on because it's easy forget after the training session and it's time to do the training homework. He's also a lot calmer getting ready for walks, putting on his harness and leaving the house.

Humble absolutely loved Danielle (possibly linked to treats for good behaviour!), she's like a Mary Poppins for dogs! Communication is excellent, always on time and is on hand for questions and follow-ups after the sessions have finished. Calling Danielle was the best thing we did!

I had four sessions with my Husky, and was amazed to see results happen before my eyes. Training with Danielle has helped my dog and I communicate through little obedience games, and his recall which was practically non-existent before has improved greatly. I was initially sceptical of what kind of results I would see in a middle-aged Husky, and its fair to say that the results surpassed what I thought was possible. Fantastic work!

Where do I even start?! Danielle is the most amazing dog trainer and person. Her kind and positive outlook was exactly what I was looking for when trying to find someone to help with my Hugo.
Before Danielle, our walks were increasingly getting more stressful for both myself and Hugo, and she has absolutely managed to change this around with everything she has taught us.
On our initial appointment Danielle was able to see that Hugo was lacking confidence and having anxiety around lots of things, which made complete sense. Each work session was worked around Hugo’s feelings and how he was the previous session, to allow us to always have positive sessions! Her communication between sessions and step by step guides were a life saver, and have completely changed the way I work with Hugo and I can truly say the difference is unbelievable!

We could not recommend Danielle enough! We have two Dobermans, Oakley and Ava, who became extremely challenging to walk together as Ava started to become very protective and anxious. This resulted in constantly pulling like a train, barking at everything we saw and lost all sense of recall.

Danielle recommended 8 sessions, her calm and relaxed approach massively boosted myself, my wife’s and my dogs confidence from the beginning. Her positivity and ability to adapt training to each dog’s needs is second to none. We are now well on our way to walking our dogs side by side with no pulling at all and very limited reactivity. In six sessions and support in between, Claude went from losing his mind seeing a dog to sitting in a cafe with dogs all around him. We still have a few months of support and look forward to even better things but for now our dog world has just got a whole lot bigger! 10/10 recommended!
